Rising Managers Academy (RMA)

I completed the one-year Rising Managers Academy (RMA), a program designed to strengthen research leadership, project management, and grant writing skills for mid-career and early-stage researchers. RMA was part of the EU H2020 (952601) ERA Chairs WELCOME2 project at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research, Polish Academy of Sciences, and provided important training in research coordination, communication, negotiation, and team development. I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to applying these competencies in current and future research projects.
